The past couple weeks I have been really thinking about our vision.We exist to inspire imperfect people to love J, Live J, and share J by all possible meansAnd we boil that down to what?Experience, Equip, Empower

Experience

I want to focus on the experience part of that Encourage them in what they have doneThank them for what they have done

1 Peter 4:10-11

Just as each one has received a gift, use it to serve others, as good stewards of the varied grace of God. If anyone speaks, let it be as one who speaks God’s words; if anyone serves, let it be from the strength God provides, so that God may be glorified through Jesus Christ in everything. To him be the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen.

Explain Verse

If you have completed growth track you learned about the spiritual gifts you have.Today there will be people coming to church for the first timeThere will be people coming who might not be planning on ever coming againAnd there might be people we see every week but this one has been hard Everyone who comes in this morning deserves and might need our very bestRemind them that every part no matter how small or annoying is important So often its easy to see how important the worship and message areBut maybe it doesn’t feel like putting up the parking lot flags or kids or ETC is as important But every single aspect of what we are doing is building that experienceAnd all of it is just as importantIf I am met by grumpy people, have cold coffee, and it smells in the room, by the time worship or the message starts, im already in a place to receive nothing

There are so many stories of people coming to New Anthem and saying it feels different

All of you have been killing it

But lets continue to be good stewards of our gifts

Lets give it our all for God today

And have Him use us to change the lives of everyone who walks in
