John 21:1-14

v. 1 - after this…weeklong Festival of Unleavened Bread is over. Disciples have gone back to Galilee.v. 2 - sons of Zebedee - James and JohnPartners with Peter in fishing before called by Jesus (Luke 5:10)v. 3 - night - preferable time to fish…fresh to sell at morning marketv. 7 - John’s self-identificationv. 11 - 153…numerous attempts to interpret this number symbolically. John 21:15-19

v. 15. - more than theseThese? Fish? Other disciples?I think he is referring to the fish. They have gone back to their old life. This is a pivotal moment for Peter.
