NAMB (North American Mission Baord) Serves the United states and Canada and the estimated population of that area is 366 Million people

Out of those 275 million people are estimated to be unsaved

NAMB has just over 2000 missionaries and if every single one of those missionaries shared the gospel with 50,000 people over 130 million of those lost people would not have heard the gospel from a NAMB missionary

Annie Armstrong was a great woman of faith who stepped up and worked to help Baptist missionaries

Romans 10:13–15 KJV 1900

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

In scripture Paul encourages us to preach the gospel to those who haven’t heard it

We as a church can be a part of that process for someone today

The question should not be “why should I go” but “help me go”

The question should not be “why should I help” but “How can I help”

Because as Paul has said how can they hear without a preacher

Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. We have a command from our very Lord and savior

Our entire purpose as believers is the teach and preach the gospel to the ends of the earth

So our entire purpose in being here is to create, strengthen and equip new warriors for Christ

The question should once again be”How can I help?”

This offering was designed not only to continue Annie Armstrong legacy but also to continue her work

We as southern baptists can take this as an opportunity to

The modern worl in which we live has enabled us an opportunity to help like never before

An opportunity to support these men and women who seek to be the feet of Jesus

I want to encourage you not just to give but also to pray

We need to seek to be a more missions minded church

We need to seek to focused on the advancement of the kingdom

We need to seek to live out the great commission

Before Jesus departed earth he gave his followers one intense challenge to speak the gospel to every people group and nation

We have that same obligation today
