What to Do While You Wait (vs. 1)

Ref. Job 23
Waiting is not fun, but it is when God does his refining
Joseph was forgotten by man but not forgotten by God. He continued to trust in Him and be refined by him. We’ll see how that’s true as the chapter continues

God Is Moving Even When You Don’t Know What’s Happening (vs. 1-14)

Pharoah had 2 troubling dreams (that his wisest men couldn’t interpret)
The cupbearer suddenly remembered Joseph and he was promptly pulled out of jail.

God Always Gets the Credit (vs. 15-16)

From this day until he died, not one word of resentment against those who hurt him is recorded in Scripture. His focus was on God!

Always look for what God is doing (vs. 25-32)

God, God, God, God. Not Joseph, Joseph, Joseph, Joseph

No Need to Promote Yourself (vs. 33-40)

Even now Joseph didn’t say, give me the job
