The New King James Version Chapter 2For I want you to know what a great conflict I have for you and those in Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh, 2 that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ, 3 in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. 4 Now this I say lest anyone should deceive you with persuasive words. 5 For though I am absent in the flesh, yet I am with you in spirit, rejoicing to see your good order and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.

Mystery - divine secret n. — a secret whose concerned party is a deity alone and those to whom he chooses to share the information; especially concerning the method and history of God’s redemption or other supernatural information.
Hidden -secret (concealed) adj. — concealed from the notice or knowledge of all persons except the individual or individuals concerned. not able to be known, treasured, stored up
Treasures - treasure (wealth) n. — accumulated wealth in the form of money, jewels, or other valuables. Repository, storehouse, the place where good & precious things are collected & laid up
Wisdom - the knowledge and practice of the requisites for godly and upright living, skill in the management of affairs, devout and proper prudence in interpersonal relationships with men, skill and discretion in imparting Christian truth.
