THE RIGHTEOUS, THE REBELLIOUS, AND THE RECKONING OF GOD

(Psalm 1:1-6)

INTRODUCTION:

1.       The psalmist begins this psalm with the word __________ and ends with the word _____________.

2.       Jesus contrasted the two sides of the ___________ (Mt. 12:30).

3.       This psalm answers the question, “Will it matter in the judgment what I ________ and _______ in life?”

DISCUSSION:

I.         THE RIGHTEOUS MAN (vv. 1-3).

II.        THE REJECTED MAN (v. 4).

CONCLUSION:

1.     The song “Trust & Obey” portrays the essence of this psalm.

(1 Cor. 1:18-31)

INTRODUCTION:
