Hebrews 10:14 NLT
14 For by that one offering he forever made perfect those who are being made holy.
In the cross is health, in the cross is life, in the cross is protection from enemies, in the cross is heavenly sweetness, in the cross strength of mind, in the cross joy of the Spirit, in the cross the height of virtue, in the cross perfection of holiness.
There is no health of the soul, no hope of eternal life, save in the cross. ~ Thomas à Kempis, 15th Century Theologian
Prince, Derek. Bought with Blood: The Divine Exchange at the Cross (p. 7). Baker Publishing Group. Kindle Edition.

7 EXCHANGES OF THE RESSURECTION

1) FORGIVENESS FOR GUILT

Ephesians 1:7 NLT
7 He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins.

2) HEALING FOR SICKNESS

Isaiah 53:3–5 NLT
3 He was despised and rejected— a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way. He was despised, and we did not care. 4 Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! 5 But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed.

3) ABUNDANCE FOR POVERTY

2 Corinthians 8:9 NLT
9 You know the generous grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that by his poverty he could make you rich.

4) RELATIONSHIP FOR RULES

John 1:12 NLT
12 But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God.

5) BLESSINGS FOR CURSES

Galatians 3:13 NLT
13 But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the Scriptures, “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.”
Read Deuteronomy 28

6) ACCEPTANCE FOR REJECTION

Romans 5:8 TPT
8 But Christ proved God’s passionate love for us by dying in our place while we were still lost and ungodly!

7) FAITH FOR FEAR

2 Timothy 1:7 AMP
7 For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and self-control.
