Praying for Grandchildren

Pray that they would honor and obey their parents, as well as those in authority over them

Ephesians 6:1–3 ESV

Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. “Honor your father and mother” (this is the first commandment with a promise), “that it may go well with you and that you may live long in the land.”

Hebrews 13:17 ESV

Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with groaning, for that would be of no advantage to you.

Pray that they would have a life-long love for God’s Word

O how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day.
