Unable to walk for 38 years, a man sat day after day by the pool of Bethesda in Jerusalem. He was helpless, stuck and weary, trusting in its legendary healing power. Jesus asked him simply. "Do you want to get well?" Then He told this frustrated, bitter invalid, "Pick up your bed and walk." And he did!
