GREATER: Greater for Humanity

1. Jesus is the Destroyer. (v. 14)

a. 2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

3. Jesus is the Sustainer. (v. 16)

a. 2 Timothy 1:12 For this reason I also suffer these things; nevertheless I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that Day.

4. Jesus is the Intercessor. (v. 17)

a. Luke 23:45 Then the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was torn in two.

5. Jesus is the Helper. (v. 18)

a. 1 John 2:17 And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.

b. Hebrews 4:15-16 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
