12 And we urge you, brethren, to recognize those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord and admonish you, 13 and to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake. Be at peace among yourselves.

Ministry is not about talent it is about relationship:

for any church to truly be a church Jesus must be Lord of that Church.

Matthew 16:18 NKJV
18 And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.
if you are going to be a christian minister you have to have a relationship with Jesus.
what ever language is used to describe your conversion you need to be a disciple of Christ!
disciples have discipline. preachers and teachers, psalmist and musicians that are gifted for the church and don’t have a home church are not to be trusted. they are not ministers they are performers.
Church is about relationship to God, relationship to each other, and then there is that relationship to the world.

you need to have a relationship with Spiritual leaders within the Church.
