What happens during the 40 days of miracles?

Encounter a new sense of desire for ourselves and God(The Touch of God)

What do you think it took for those to encounter Jesus’ miraculous presence in their lives? (the 2 types of progressive Christians)

People who heard of Jesus

People who knew what Jesus could do (People close to them that had their own encounter)

You will encounter people that will want to know what He did for you or those that you know and you have to be ready to give the details of that Touch! (GET FAMILIAR WITH YOUR TOUCH AND THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN TOUCHED AROUND YOU.)

Before Jesus dies and Resurrects He is in full throttle as He knows his time is coming to an end. How many times have you been at your job and somehow your day of meetings and little jobs get in the way and then it hits you,” I have this critical assignment due by COB?!?” You shut everything down for the rest of the day and you have known that you needed to get it done, but the days just got away from you somehow. Now that you have that clarity of understanding of criticality take this to the last few weeks of Jesus.... Sometimes we feel like deadlines hinder us from completing what we have set out to do.

I have news for you today, today is the day you find the courage to ask yourself,” WHY NOT BECOME IT ALL?!” (Have the audience say it and online type it)

Jesus died for us as the Believer to become all that God has created us to be, but the problem is somehow somewhere we have allowed the nouns of our life to get in the way of the adjectives that God has placed on our lives. It is simple why we have not become all of us in God yet, we are failing to become IT because we don’t believe that we can become ALL OF IT. Tonight I am going to ask you a question Are you seeking Him to Touch, or To Be Touched?:

To Touch or To Be Touched?

There are three (3) types of Christians :

Those that are seeking to Touch God. (The Seekers)

Those that Need a Touch from God. (The Sought Out)

Those that get in the way of others being touched by God.

Once the Touch is in the Room...

Those that Need a Touch from God. (Matt 9:13 MSG)

a. What brought the need for the touch?

Life has brought me here (family, finance, relationship, faith, interpersonal, some type of adversity that takes us to the brink of giving up.) The daughter was perceived to be dead, just like some of our purposes

b. Why this touch is so critical?

With this Touch you can now Become (Mk 9:23)

Those Pursuing a Touch from God. (They are those who have the deepest NEED and are at the “Nothing to Lose” moment in life. (Matt 9:18,19)

The Woman with the issue of blood just needed to get within brushing the garment of Jesus. Because of her pursuit she was made a daughter instantly. Because of her child like faith, did she know the fullness of her touching God? Yup. You see when you have heard enough about God you get to a point where all it takes is for me to have that same encounter in my own way.

Your risk in God is your ultimate reward. This is not the stock market where it is a blind risk. This is a risk that you can make blind and He will cause you to prosper because of your decision alone to pursue Him.

Those that come to get in the way of your Touch from God. (Matt 9:23)

When God is here to touch us He will let you know what is in the way of your moment of this connection. Don’t avoid the signs and the messages that God is sending/giving you.

Remember when Jesus touched you and guard His Touch on your life. God expects stewardship over even that. Don’t make God to ever regret Him touching you because you are carelessly letting people taint those moments. Don’t allow people to come in between you and His Touch! People will try to drain you of:

How long you needed the Touch you now have.

The Touch they wished they had. They see the impact of His touch in your life. (Guard it!)

Treat this touch like it cost you something, because it did! This touch brought you from death to life (some suicidal, some mental and emotional, some spiritual, some of us were like the blind man, some of us were like the lame man, some of us were like the woman at the well, some caught in adultery, whatever it was never forget the TOUCH!)!

The Pursuit I am after is the Touch that brings the answer to Everything concerning my life. His Touch brings life, prosperity, happiness, a renew strength in my faith, my relationships are whole and healthier, my language edifies myself and everyone/thing around me.

You want to be around others that have been Touched. This does not mean that you have become so Holy that you should never be around others that have not been touched, absolutely NOT!

They need to be around people that have so that they may desire to have their own experience of being touched by God. I am referring to those that are aware of your touch and come to hinder your ability to evolve through the Touch of God.

Never come to a place within yourself that you don’t need another Touch from God, we can ALWAYS USE ANOTHER TOUCH! And when that Touch is completed, TOUCH ME AGAIN! AND AGAIN! AND AGAIN!

When you learn about the power of one touch from God, once will never be enough! You will see its impact in one area of your life and then God will show you others He is capable of touching as well. The Nature of God’s Touch is indescribable.

At the Cross is where I seen The Light, after the cross is where I Became LIGHT! His touch turns us into His Light for all the world to see!!! I am after Him because I desire to be seen brighter and BRIGHTER DAILY!
