Recall His Faithfulness: Past History
Anticipate The Answer: Please Pick Up
Find Favor & Vindication: God Has Your Back - Don’t Let Them Get You Down. (vv. 2-3)
Your Adversary: Born Losers & Bold Liars
Your Advocate: I am His & He Hears Me
Find Release & Transformation: God Can Be Trusted - Be Still My Heart. (vv. 4-5)
Feel The Anger: Temper & Tremors
Find The Answer: Trust & Tranquility
Find Joy & Satisfaction: God Answers Your Need - Fulfillment Center (vv. 6-7)
Seeking The Blessing: The Puzzle - What We Need
Finding The Blessing: The Solution - Who We Need
Find Peace & Protection: God Guards His Own - Rest Assured (v. 8)
A Safe Place: Private Security
A Serene Place: Peaceful Sleep
Conclusion: God is the answer to our stress. Trust Him to and He will replace your anxiety with rest. Comfort and trust go hand and hand.
