"God’s name in the Bible is the summation of God’s character, the fullness of who God is. The word hallow means to set apart as sacred and pure, to honor. So the person who prays, “Hallowed be your name,” is asking that God’s awesome and holy character would be on display to the world."
His name reveals who He is. 3,000 years for God to reveal His name through word and action in the Old Testament.
Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
Methodist Minister praying with a police officer named Dale. Took him to see Glenn a minister that had a deliverance ministry. Dale was fighting with anger and rage. Dale started hissing like a snake trying to bite the pastor. Glen starts having heart palpitations and stops praying. The Pastor spoke the name of Jesus, and the police officer was completely delivered. And still is today.
Membership Amy- I gave my life to satan, if he would give me a vein to shoot up in. One dark night, sitting in a box car, I said the name Jesus, and a presence filled that box car. I felt love embrace me, like I have never felt before. It felt like I was saved that night.

Then heard a voice say, speak the name of Jesus. So he did. And his dad’s heart started back up. Later they talked about the incident . Dad said I was in heaven, and the Lord told me you have to go back. He said, When people speak my Son’s name I hear them.
God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
