Woke (/ˈwoʊk/ WOHK) is a term that refers to awareness of issues that concern social justice and racial justice. It is sometimes used in the African-American Vernacular English expression stay woke.
Are you “Woke”?
Used by some to commend and by others to slur someone.

“Watch”

In Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21 Jesus describes how we should respond when we see the signs of the end time.
A comparative study of the verbs Jesus used in these verses will show that they:
These can be summarized into three main phrases:
“Do not be afraid” (mentioned 4 x),
“Stand firm” (4x)
“Watch” (11x)
Jesus used this key word, “watch,” 11 times - almost three times more than any other admonition!
I believe “Watch” is a key.
Keys to the Kingdom:
Matthew 16:18–19 AV
18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Matthew 18:18–20 AV
18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Jesus wants us to gather in His name and ask in agreement.
The Greek word translated “agree” is συμφωνέω sumphoneo, or “harmonious.”
The Greek word for “watch” in these verses is means “to be vigilant, wake, to be watchful.”

The Watchman

A watchman on the wall does many things.
He carefully watches what is happening and alerts the city when good ambassador approach the city.
The guardsman will then open the gates and lower the bridge so the ambassadors may enter.
A watchman also warns the city far in advance when and enemy approaches.
He sounds and alarm to awaken the people because he knows “to forewarn them is to alert and arm them.”
Then they quickly can rally to take their stand on the wall against the enemy before he wrongfully tries to enter the city.

PUTTING OUT THE WELCOME MAT

We should watch for the good things, and good messengers God sends to His people.
Spirit of the Lord, you are welcome here
Gifts of the Spirit...
Spirit of Conviction of sin....
Angels....
We are supposed to watch to see what the Lord is saying and doing.
We should also look at what the enemy is doing.
2 Corinthians 2:11 NKJV
11 lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices.
God wants to tip us off beforehand to cut off, postpone, delay, or even entirely dismantle the works of the enemy and frustrate his plans for evil.
God wants us to look into His word and discern those things that He said that He wants to do.
Remind Him of those things....
He’s waiting on us.. Why?… because he has given us that little key called the “prayer of agreement”.
Little keys unlock big doors.
Matthew 23:13 AV
13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
