The Truth of the world is a Convenient Truth.

It is fluid

It is subjective

It will cost you nothing! if it starts to cost you, swap it out! Get a new truth!

There is no absolute (Objective) Truth, or truth is subjective. however you phrase it. It is still a worthless statement. What? Think about it? There is no absolute truth! If that is true and your kids and grand kids believe that. Then that statement cannot be truth. The entire logic falls apart.

The truth shall set you free! Whose truth

The problem with subjective truth is that if there are no bedrock truths how can we know anything?

Imaging your in a car accident you are bleeding in massive need of a ambulance, but the police officer that shows up declares you to be fine. He says, my truth says your fine and all that blood is good. Imagine that senerio, where objective reality is suddenly subjective. Truth has fallen. Its dangerous. Good is being called bad, and bad is being call good. Everything is backwards and no one understands.

The Truth of God is a Person

John 8:31 If you Abide in my Word, you are my disciples, you will know the truth truth and the Truth shall set you free!

Truth is not merely a fact. It is a person. Christ is Truth.

Remember what Pilot said to Jesus: What is Truth? Jesus had just finished telling pilot that His voice, his words were truth.

The enemy is working so hard to decimate the notion of truth that people are lost, they question everything. Talk to a young person today, they are questioning truth, reality. Nothing is firm. everything is shaky, They come in to church and hear about truth, but do not see it’s effects in their own lives.

They are hurting, because nothing is real.

They don’t even know if they are male or female anymore. Basic biology is now in question! How sad.

The world declares you are what you feel, but Christ says you are who I say you are! Truth can be known. But it hurts and its painful. But it certainly sets you free

Gods Truth is this: He loves you and I so much they he gave His only Son so you and I could know Him! That is Truth!

See we as people shy away from the truth of this Word. Why because it hurts, but that pain brings freedom.

The Truth of Christ must stand above all other truth

You see the world says that the church is to blame. If it wasn’t for judgmental Christians those in sinful lifestyles who be free to be happy,

But research also shows that the highest suicide rates for Lgbtq folks are actually in cities where the church is the weakest. San Francisco, new York. Los Angeles.

The reason the World screams at the church is because they are lost. They say if the church would just shut up, them we could be happy,

But the reality is: the truth still sets you free, Christ still sets you free!

The issue in Jacksonville is not that the church won’t shut up. Its that the church won’t stand up!

The truth of the world is self destructing. America will be lost in a generation if the church doesn’t act. My friends we must stand for the truth of Christ! People are lost and hurting and they need Jesus!

WE must take the Gospel to them!
