God’s Goal for Revival
Haggai 2:1-5 - God’s desire in revival is to strengthen His people in Himself.
First, God brings out their lack of resources. (vs. 2-3)
Next, God encourages them with His abiding presence (vs. 4-5)
Our resources never limits God’s plan for us.
God uses the example of our frailty to put on display His ability.
Through revival, God calls us back to His abiding covenant. (Matt. 26:26-28)
Haggai 2:6-9 - God’s desire in revival is to glorify Himself through His people.
Notice, the intentional work of God in the lives of His people.
God will move all of creation to accomplish His purposes.

Our Goal for Revival
We should desire for God to do a work in our lives to energize us for His ministry in Heidrick.
We should be encouraged by His presence and abiding promise.
We should align ourselves to watch God work.
