Importance of understanding grace

 Absolutely essential for salvation--Ephesians 2:8-9

 Absolutely essential for Christian living--2 Peter 3:18 (a process)

Grace: favor bestowed when the exact opposite is deserved

Grace observations . . .

 Grace is the only way God will work with us.

 Grace is delicate.

 Faith is the only condition with grace.

 It is the provision for the believer (the Word--rich provision).

 Grace increases with use.

 Grace is not leniency.
