NEW THINGS IN CHRIST

NEW LIFE IN CHRIST

2 Cor. 5:17 declares, "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things become new."

NEW SONG IN CHRIST

Psalms 40:3 states, "He hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God."

Also, conversion brings a New Condition (Rom. 8:1); a New Covenant (Heb. 9:15) and a set of New Clothes (Lk. 15:22; Isa. 61:10)

NEW THINGS FOR CONTINUATION

CONTINUE TO PRESS ON

The writer of Hebrews exhorts us to "go on." Ex. 17:4, 5. And, as the new year arrives, let us continually press toward the prize of the high calling in Christ Jesus.

CONTINUE ON NEW PATHS

Let us continue on in New Paths. Isa. 55:8, 9 reveals that God's ways and thoughts are not man's ways or thoughts.

CONTINUE WITH NEW POWER

There will also be New Power for new paths. "They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength" Isa. 40:31a.

Again, new paths and new power lead to New Plains.

NEW THINGS IN THE CITY

To get to the city, aside from the rapture, we must face Death. But even in death, "I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me" (Ps. 23:4b).
