John 20:19-23

Last couple weeks we have been talking about the different appearances of Jesus. In each text that we have looked at Jesus has invited his disciples to pivot in their thinking and their perspective. To keep their foot firmly planted in the truth of the Gospel but to not to live in the current pain and sadness that they were feeling. This was so crucial for them. What would have happened if the disciples got stuck in their pain and sadness? What happens to us if we get pain?
addiction, depression, withdrawl, isolation,
Can we say denial
Denies our feelings
Energy Lost
Negates growth

Ailinates us from our family and friends.
lengthens our pain.
God doesn't want us stuck, in the same manner He didn't want the disciples stuck.
