I. A LOVE THAT DIVIDES.
1. The love of God will separate us from the World
2. The love of God will separate us from the flesh.
II. A LOVE THAT DISTINGUISHES.
Philippians 1:23 KJV 1900
For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better:
1. It will bind us to God.
2. It will bind us to believers.
The word straight is the same word as constrain. Paul was saying that he was strained because He wanted to be with God but He also desired to help the brethren.
