The Who In Evangelism

Is 6:8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send? And who will go for Us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.

Isaiah 6:5-8

5 Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts. 6 Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar: 7 And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged. 8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.

The prophet recognized he was undone: ruined by a disastrous setback/to be or become ruined or destroyed
II. a man with unclean lips

I have filthy lips, and I live among a people with filthy lips.

“Doom! It’s Doomsday!

I’m as good as dead!

Every word I’ve ever spoken is tainted—

blasphemous even!

Called by God people who excel in evangelism are the ones that realize the only difference between you and the person your ministering to is “Grace”... what GRACE has already done for you is what Grace wants to do for them.
And God has anointed you to usher them in the presence of God.
So you have unclean lips and is called to minister to folks with unclean lips
This generation feels they need a title to do what we all have been called to do.
2 Timothy 4:5 AMP
5 As for you, be calm and cool and steady, accept and suffer unflinchingly every hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fully perform all the duties of your ministry.
2 Timothy 4:5 TPT
5 So be alert to all these things and overcome every form of evil. Carry in your heart the passion of your calling as a church planter and evangelist, and fulfill your ministry calling.

5 But you should keep a clear mind in every situation. Don’t be afraid of suffering for the Lord. Work at telling others the Good News, and fully carry out the ministry God has given you.

5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

II. Isaiah said I’m undone
To become ruined or destroyed
This Chapter Deals with the death of a King that Isaiah honored and was related too. And once the king died he saw God.
Isaiah 6:1 NLT
1 It was in the year King Uzziah died that I saw the Lord. He was sitting on a lofty throne, and the train of his robe filled the Temple.
What’s Your Uzziah, and is it dead yet?????
He first must be confronted with God’s holiness 6:1-4
Lip’s touched by fire at the hands of seraphim
He Then must come to a place of Confession and Forgiveness 6:5-7
Then a sending 6:8-10
Then Exile & Hope 6:11-13
7 And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.
Are you ready to do what you’ve been called to do? Or do you have a few more excuse’s you need to circulate for another few years?
2 Tim 4:5 NLT
But you should keep a clear mind in every situation.
Don’t be afraid of suffering for the Lord.
Work at telling others the Good News,
and fully carry out the ministry God has given you.
Home Work:
Take one day this week and fast and pray for the Lord to Show you who would he have you win to Christ.
Then Ask The Lord to give you a soul winning strategy.
Then begin to pray for this person for the next 21 days and let’s see how the Lord works
