John 5:1-14

               Each of us may encounter these experiences at one time

               or another in our life.

 

I.         THE “HOW” EXPERIENCE

A.      God’s Question – “Do you want ...?”

B.  Man’s Quagmire

1.      Lost vision – this man seems to have lost sight of why he was there.  Is he there to be healed, or is he there to get wet?

2.      Lack of faith – can God really do this? 

                            Should I bother God?

3.      Loss of answer
