Every wise woman builds her house, but a foolish one tears it down with her own hands.
The word “wise” literally has the meaning of “Wisdom”. In other words it is by the wisdom of women that a home is built. Of course, we recognize that their is a difference between a house and a home.

“A general contractor, main contractor or prime contractor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of a construction site, management of vendors and trades, and the communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project.” - wikipedia
A. Oversight of Day to Day operations
She watches over the activities of her household and is never idle.
I know that in my house this is true from the time that my wife opens her eyes to the time that her head hits the pillow she rarely has time to sit and take a breath. Her activities and responsibilities take up all her time.
B. Manages appointments and vendors
She selects wool and flax and works with willing hands.
She is like the merchant ships, bringing her food from far away.
She rises while it is still night and provides food for her household and portions for her female servants.
She evaluates a field and buys it; she plants a vineyard with her earnings.
She selects wool and flax, she takes care of the purchasing and providing food, she is able to evaluate a field and make good decisions
C. Communication
Her mouth speaks wisdom, and loving instruction is on her tongue.
