The Fathers kingdom
………. that there should be time no longer: v. 6ff
But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets. See, Revelation 10:6-7; Amos 3:7 Col. 2:2; 1 Tim. 3:16.[1]
The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly. V. 14
Then the seventh angel sounded; and there were loud voices in Paradise, saying,
"The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord andof His Christ; (Messiah) and He will reign forever and ever."
saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to theethy great power, and hast reigned. Rev. 11:14-15, 17; (Lord God Almighty - is equivalent to Yahweh.) 2 Sam. 5:10; Ps. 89:8; Jer. 38:17; Genesis 17:1
This verse states we are in “the Fathers kingdom,” Christ reign here on earth is over and new beginnings eternity has started. And the wedding feast begins!
And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia:
for the Lord God Omnipotent reigneth. [this verse states God the Father has taken His power and authority back from the Son, and is ruling and reigning this means the 1000 years is over]
Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. Rev. 19:6-9
Keep in mind the verb is past tense in this verse “the kingdom of this world “has become,” the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ” His Messiah and He shall reign for ever and ever - this is one of a couple of themes of the book of Revelation the establishment of the kingdom of God v. 15 and the revelation of Jesus Christ, Rev. 1:1 and the Son’s kingdom here on earth first, Luke 22:29-30, and the Fathers kingdom after, Rev. 21:1, 3, 7.
Last Trumpet ushers in the kingdom of God (Father) which is different than the kingdom of Christ the 1000-year reign. Also, when the seventh trumpet blasts there is no judgments that comes with the seventh trumpet, pain, suffering all plagues wrath of God is done.
20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept 21 For since by man camedeath, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming. (At His coming means the first time because when He came and was resurrected we follow once we die)
24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father;
when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. 25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed isdeath. (Mortal to immortality)
27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith, all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all thingsunder him, that God may be all in all. 1 cor. 15:20-28; Rev. 11:14-17.
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 1 cor. 15:50-55.
“Day of the Lord” and “As a Thief in the Night”when could this saying come to pass - at the end of the millennium reign, or at the beginning - 1 Thessalonians 5:2-5; 2 Peter 3:10, 13; Isaiah 65:17; Rev. 3:12; Rev. 21:1-5 – At the end of the Millennium reign of Christ! (“Day of the Lord” and “As a Thief in the Night” and new heavens new earth etc., are one in the same.)
The references Lord so cometh as a thief in the night, the word Lord in these two books chapters and verses, are referencing “God the father” when He burns up the earth.
As a Thief in the night is a reference to the end of the world, and at end of 1000 years and furthermore, ushers in new heaven new earth new Jerusalem.
For the new earth new heaven to come this earth must be destroyed with total destruction Rev. 21.
Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come. Joel 1:15 (KJV)
18 Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD'S wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land. Zephaniah 1:18 (KJV)
6 Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty.
9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. Isaiah 13:6, 9 (KJV)
But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord[2]so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 1 Thessalonians 5:1-3.
The phrase when they shall say peace and safety – than sudden destruction – during the trials and tribulation that comes on the whole earth there is plagues, seals, bowls and trumpets these are all of God’s wrath on unbelieving man.
There is no safety, there is no peace, there is no comfort, - but chaos destruction and death. This verse is pertaining to the time in the millennium reign where there is no practice of war, sin: and peace, safety and joy surrounds all that are in the Millennium reign. Ezekiel 38:11.
they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
O house of Jacob, come ye and let us walk in the light of the LORD. See, Isaiah 2:1-5.
When you think about it, when the devil is released after his 1000-year bottomless pit prison punishment, he is released to attack the beloved city, without gates, bars, walls, a city living in peace, verse is speaking of the time of the millennium reign of Christ these scriptures pin-point when these scriptures come to pass;
And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, hthat dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates, Ezekiel 38:11
This verse is describing the release of Satan and his attack on the Holy mountain of Zion, 1 Thessalonians 5 is speaking of the millennium reign time of peace and the end of the world the end of the millennium reign of Christ.
People that study scripture cannot just read 1 Thessalonians above without combining 2 Peter 3:10-14 to get a complete understanding. Malachi 4:1.
When God the Father comes as a thief in the night He comes to destroy and burn this earth up “the day of God” as prophesied through the prophets and spoken about through the Apostles.
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in allholy conversation and godliness,
Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless. 2 Peter 3:10-14; Dan. 12:2ff.
The whole world to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed ishe that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. Revelation 16:14ff -15; Dan. 12:2ff; Malachi 4:1. See, also Phil. 2:15.
In second Peter chapter 3 verses 11 “the day of God” is describing when heavens and earth are destroyed by God the Father with the use of fire, the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, there is “no way a person can live on this earth if it is burned up – totally destroyed by fire. Rev. 16:14ff – “that great day of God Almighty. Behold, I come as a thief.”
Any references to God coming back as a thief is the destruction of this earth and the end of the world.
When you read first Thessalonians chapter 5 the phrase so cometh as a thief in the night is describing the event in 2 Peter 3, when this verse comes to pass this earth is destroyed.
And new heavens and new earth take the place of the old burned up heaven and earth. Isaiah 65:17; 2 Peter 3:13; Rev. 3:12; Rev. 21:1-5.
The verse and phrase “as a thief” apply to unbelievers, wicked, or those that turn on Jesus in the millennium. In the Millennium is the only place there can be the peace and security described in scripture.
Think about it this peace, it’s not today, it will not be in the trial and tribulation time because that time - is described as the worst time in man’s history, sorrows, pain, plagues, bowls, seals, trumpets, and death, and it will never come to pass again.
For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 1 Thess. 5:3
As we meet in the air to watch this earth burn (may be?) and to ever be with the Lord - can only mean never to be tempted again by Satan, and there is no referencing of returning back to earth after this verse comes to pass, Jesus said where I am you can be – to – I go to prepare a place for you!
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory 1 Tim. 3:16
The following verse is describing the second coming;
30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come. Joel 2:30-31 (KJV)
Joel 1:15 (KJV)
15 Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come.
Joel 2:1 (KJV)
1 Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORDcometh, for it is nigh at hand;
[1] And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory 1 Tim. 3:16.
