Hey man. What an amazing job. This morning. Amen. With the song service and I'll tell you if you wasn't blessed, that was your own fault and he meant, you got your Bibles this morning. We're going to turn over to the 29th chapter of the book of Isaiah.

love that, that praise song, sister, Sherry, my, my old old Pastor that was one of the first praise songs that that I learned under him and Such a simple song but it's just it's just beautiful.

A man, as you're turning over to the 29th. Psalm, I'm sorry, is returning old Isaiah 29. There's a verse out of the book of Psalms. That quote for you. Kind of help us set the tone for Isaiah and that's taken from Psalms 111 verse 10. It says, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

Now.

We live in a day and time. Where there is very minimal. Fear of almighty God anymore. There's there's no display of and I went there and stand. When we talk about fear we're not talkin about being scared of God, we're talkin about a reverend fear and an irreverent. Fear can be defined simply when they first and understand who they are. In the scope of authority and they understand who God is in the scope of authority and I just want to, I just want to point this out to you this morning before we get in Isaiah, is across this land. Amen, in a cross this world, there's no fear of God left. Now there is a Remnant that that fears him and there's a Remnant that will always. Amen. But but as far as Humanity as a whole there's no fear of God and there's no fear of what God will do. A men's of them that don't. There is such a move from the the far left and there's such a push from The Atheist Community. A man there that we're trying to come to a place that that did that God don't even exist. We're trying to 22 Richard place.

Well, I'm on. And I and, you know, it if any of your big follower of hers. I'm sorry. And I'm trying not to pick on on, on too many people but if your big follower Victoria Olsteen, I just got a caution you that you really need to pay attention to anybody. That tells you that you're your own God. You not. You are a servant of the most high God. Amen. And and and we were all sort of place today where where there's a hang up that a God, who supposed to be as good as what we claim is. And a guy that loves us the way the song was just sung. I would never send the person, Amen. To a place of eternal torment. And the truth is not true. He won't But he will let you make the choice to go there.

Could you see if salvation is a choice? Then the rejection of Salvation is a choice. Amen. And and and I'll tell you, I just, I get trouble. I get drunk and it in and I get more troubled because the things that used to happen up on the the Northeast Coast, that troubled me a migrated right on down here into these old Pineywoods. Amen. And and in Mankind's, interpretation of who God is and what God is cool with. Is this is a warming. What I think don't really matter, though.

And I'll say this, as we read, I realize we're we're looking, we're looking back. At a time in the in the life of the nation of Israel in God's dealings with them, but don't make no mistake. God is the same yesterday today and forever more, amen. He's not a respecter of persons. If he's going to hold one person at accountable in instead way, he's going to hold you accountable a lot alike. Amen. Inverse number 9.

God's word reads. State your sales in wonder? Cry it out and cry. Their drunken, but not with wine, they stagger but not with strong drink. For the Lord has poured out upon you, the spirit of deep sleep. And has close your eyes. The prophets and your rulers, the Sears, at the covered. And a vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed which men delivered to one. That's learned saying read this. I pray thee and he said, I can't for it's sealed. And the book is delivered to him. That's not learn saying read this. I pray thee and he says, I can't cuz I'm not learned. wherefore the Lord said, you know, when we could preach on this morning, we're for the Lord said for as much as this people drawing near me with their mouth and with their lips, do honor me would have removed their heart far from me and their fear toward me is not a reverend fear but it's a fear that has been taught by the precepts of men or is a man, is a man, made men taught here therefore Behold, I will proceed to do a marvelous work among this people. Even a marvelous work and a Wonder for the wisdom of their wise men Shall Perish. And the understanding of their prudent, men shall be. He did warn them that seek to hide their counsel from the Lord, and their works are in the dark. And they say, Who sees us? And who knows us? Surely your turning of these things upside down. I realized this morning we did a good bit of reading and and I realized this morning that that we might want to say well but we're back in the book of Isaiah were back in time when God's dealing with the rebellious Nation. But I want you to know today a man when we when we get in that word here today, I see him Lyrica written all in between the lines, amen. When he speaks of this great sleep that we have fallen into, I want, I want you to, I want you to, I want you to think back Especially your parents as you as you think about your kids or, or, or even grandparents, you can think back to your kids. I know, I can think back on mine and I think about Elena, you had to hog-tie her to get her to go to sleep. When she was little flame, was a little different, but one thing's for sure, they would go to sleep quicker. If you grab them in you and you do rock them removed on more or something to lure or choke to him. You know, it's something like that. And in, in, in this verse is scripture, hear the people are not completely to blame on their own. He speaks of their profits, he speaks of their overseers and he's talking about the religious leaders of that day and time, and they have played a huge role in helping love people to sleep. Amen. And helping bring the people to a place of blindness and it in, in, in, in, in Isaiah, Reeves that to light. And, I'll tell you this morning and I don't, I don't know how to, I don't know how to say this, without sounding better. I don't really know this morning, how to get this out without, without sounding, like, you've got some kind of of personal, ax to grind. I do have a personal axe to grind because I'm in love with this thing called The Gospel. Amen. In, in, in, in, and I'm, in love with truth. But we're out of place in this world where where we have abandoned truth and that's this blindness, amen. That, that the word is talking about and I will tell you today, if, if you, if you ever move or you relocate or your job takes you somewhere, I'm on, just going to give it to you just as bluntly as I can. Amen. And you find yourself looking for a church, you better find yourself a pastor, amen, who who's, who is big enough? Amen, that he will tell you the truth. I am buying in to some of these guys and tell you whatever they want to tell you to make that bored in the quarterback. Yoder read a higher. Number of people that come in his brother, Robert was talking about this briefly this morning and it had nothing to do with the service but but what they'll tell you all these things because they want that other number. I don't know where I'm going at with this, but I knew no one in particular that they've got to stand and Bow. Wow, Amen. In their church that they're checking account is not allowed to drop below, six figures. And I want to tell you this morning, there's a problem. Amen, we tag. God stands a man and tell him. Amen, that we've got to get this thing. Amen. So we can still meet Christian, so we can still function if you need to come to my place. And I need to come to a place where we understand that God has got this thing and measure my papa used to say, he's a God. Amen. With the king of the cattle of a thousand hills, and he also owns all the taters under the ground. And when we began to realize that a men and it quit worrying, amen, about about being popular. Amen. Quit worrying. Amen. About saying something that somebody will lyrics and praise God. Telling people the truth. Amen. That they served only two places waiting on them and that's Glory with Christ Jesus or less Eternal. Damnation away from him a minute, just don't get no simpler than that. But in the word right here, Staind me and Isaiah saying y'all have gone to sleep. You become blind. It's because of people that you're listening to have helped rock you that way.

That's the truth.

And that's the truth in America today. That's the truth in Newton County today. That's the truth. In West Louisiana today.

And I hear Jesus all over this 13th verse. Don't you how many times did you hear Jesus mention? About being doers of the word and not hearers only.

And he gets in here. And listen, there's a reason that Isaiah speaking on these, on these lines, and it's because the people have come to a place where where they've abandoned They've abandoned the truth. God's word. Where they've adopted or fear of God. When it's a man talk precept. Not a not a true understanding of who God is that promotes that Reverend fear and I'm sorry but they just simply are going through the motions.

I mean what does he say? He says we're for the Lord said, far as much as this people drawing near me with their mouth and with their lips, do honor me would have removed their heart from me and their fear toward me is taught by the precepts of men and and I want to tell you,

God, that's one thing. I think I'm the one with enough that I can see this on his behalf. That's one thing that he really is, not interested in is lip service. I had to like you this morning, freetress. Okay. But if you want to go to heaven, you going to love me.

Lord help me this morning. You know, you usually so many people. And there's nobody is nobody, that comes number and sitting in this group this morning, I want to clarify that before I say it. But there's so many people. Did speak. Good things. About the Lord. This so many people. Didn't get in your business about what you are to be doing for the Lord.

That are such ugly people.

And what I mean by ugly, people, I'm not telling about their outward. Looks, I'm talking about what's really in their heart.

I don't think I've done nothing wrong. but if God convicted me of it, Then my job is just simply. To go take care of it. See, we're talking the truth. Now that's not being told. In this, in this day and time. See this this is this is an uncomfortable truth. It's put you in an uncomfortable situation and brings you in touch with an uncomfortable reality. Amen. It in. And you say, what is uncomfortable about? All of that a message because it is, is, is demanding, a mended that you reveal the truth of Who You Are. Are you meaning in at night? I'm sorry, but here's how we're able to get away with that. Here's how we're able to to hide those things. Here's how we're able to, hold on, to those things. Here's how we're able to Harbor those things is because we're not you like this or not, you have every right to be wrong if you want to. But we're not completely convinced a man that God is going to deal. Justly, amen. With the wickedness, amen. That exist within us. I want to tell you, and if you leave from here today, if you don't remember nothing else, I said, amen? You know, this right here, God is not okay, with ugly, God is not okay with pride. God is not okay and you men with jealousy. Amen. God is not okay with portray in one thing. A man and being something else, God demands that we surrender Our Lives to him. Amen. And in doing so. And here we go. Again, you surrender to the guidance of the Holy Ghost. Amen. In the Holy Ghost will lead you into all righteousness. The Holy Ghost will lead you into forgiveness. The Holy Ghost will lead you into confessing I am in the Holy Ghost will lead you to right the wrongs. I am in the Holy Ghost will lead you in the meeting that servants. Amen. That's the truth Seeker. I made a note Ruth Walker day in and day out. It's in the Holy Ghost will never allow you to be lulled into asleep a mentor or lured into a slumber or loan into a place where you become blinded. I say if we come to a place in this whole world and in this country you don't even if you don't like me this morning. That's okay. But it don't change the truth. Amen. In the truth is that God demands more. Amen. From his people, he is not okay, with Brother Brad being like old, Joe blow out the email who lives as wicked as they are.
