Conclusion
Paul is definitely not for traditional understanding of predestination. cf. Roman 1:14-17
predestination is only mentioned four time in the Bible. cf. Eph 1:5, 11 - predestination in love through Jesus Christ. Freely iven us in Jsus Christ - the highlight of predestination is God himself, rather than mankind.
