See as God sees

Let me start by saying this for every truth there is counterfeit out there, and what we are going to discuss today is no exception. But remember duplicates only created because there is orginal out there.
So if you go to internet and search for vision or dreams you’ll see lot of new age and christian videos
If you search for law of attraction will see thousands of videos as well mostly leaning towards New Age.
We also spoke about sowing and reaping.
Now when we speak about sowing and reaping people mainly associate with money, no it applies in all facets of life. I you are sowing evil you’ll reap evil, if you are sowing encourage you will be encouraged.
Scripture says rejoice again I say rejoice, because you’ll strengthen and have more reason to rejoice.
Give thanks in all circumstances and you’ll have more reasons to rejoice.
What you behold in consistence basis you’ll eventually hold now whatever that may be.
This why scripture says:
Proverbs 23:7 NKJV
For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. “Eat and drink!” he says to you, But his heart is not with you.
Last week we wen through lot of scriptures looking our thoughts but I want to return to Joshua 1:8
Joshua 1:8 NASB95
“This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success.
I want to ask a question who will make you prosperous and make you successful.
You will make your way prosperous and you will have success
Say “ I will make my way prosperous and I will have success.”
Why we meditate day and night
More than ever in human history we are ever surrounded by so much noise.
Everything about is trying to get our attention.
You phone is making noice
if not your TV is making noise
If none of that people around you are making noise.
We are constantly bombarded by all kind of information, whether we are interested or not information is dumped on us.
We are kidding ourselves if we thinking these things are not influencing you are kidding your self.
Just like after a hard day of work outside we come home and take a shower, we need to wash overselves with the word of God.
Meditate the word of God in the morning so you start the day with right perspective, right focus and God and his power is what is overwhelming you.
You meditate at night to again to remind that inspite of everything that happened and didn’t happen, I can rest in God, lying my burden and cares on to Him.
Last we I shared what meditation is? if you know how to worry you know how to meditate.
Meditate means to mutter or ponder, imagination play a big role in meditation.
Wisdom comes in place of meditation.
Inspiration comes in a place of meditation.
Meditation is where you mind is called to a point where it is stimulated to begin to create.
So creativity is a product of meditation.
Psalm 16:8 NASB95
I have set the Lord continually before me; Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
Psalm 63:6 NASB95
When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches,
Psalm 119:15–16 NASB95
I will meditate on Your precepts And regard Your ways. I shall delight in Your statutes; I shall not forget Your word.
From God’s perspective He has done everything everything for us to live a victorious life, now we living in his word experience and access the promise He have us.
All the stories that is the in both Old Testament and New Testament teach us great truths.
Romans 15:4 NASB95
For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction, so that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.

Romans 15:4 NLT

Such things were written in the Scriptures long ago to teach us. And the Scriptures give us hope and encouragement as we wait patiently for God’s promises to be fulfilled.

Tower of Babel

Genesis 11:1–9 NASB95
Now the whole earth used the same language and the same words. It came about as they journeyed east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar and settled there. They said to one another, “Come, let us make bricks and burn them thoroughly.” And they used brick for stone, and they used tar for mortar. They said, “Come, let us build for ourselves a city, and a tower whose top will reach into heaven, and let us make for ourselves a name, otherwise we will be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth.” The Lord came down to see the city and the tower which the sons of men had built. The Lord said, “Behold, they are one people, and they all have the same language. And this is what they began to do, and now nothing which they purpose to do will be impossible for them. “Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, so that they will not understand one another’s speech.” So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of the whole earth; and they stopped building the city. Therefore its name was called Babel, because there the Lord confused the language of the whole earth; and from there the Lord scattered them abroad over the face of the whole earth.
Nimrod decedents are the people group who build the Tower of babel, they are believed to be Nephilim or giants,
There focus was “let us make for ourselves a name”
science known as transhumanism
A new movement has emerged from California’s Silicon Valley. It’s a combination of philosophy, faith, and science known as transhumanism. An article in The Futurist magazine describes transhumanism as “radical life extension and life expansion.” Those devoted to the movement “perceive the human body as a work in progress.” They believe that “evolution took humanity this far… and only technology will take [humanity] further.”
As for sickness, aging, and death? Adherents call all three “unnecessary hindrances that we have the right and the responsibility to overcome…. Our bodies, frail and unpredictable, are just another problem…to solve.”
The goal of the World Transhumanist Association is to transcend all human limitations. They believe the body is a machine; the brain, a computer. With quickly advancing technology, then, man can be “upgraded.” Transhumanists are convinced that one day artificial limbs will be more efficient than real limbs. Our brains will be vastly superior, too. Researchers have theorized that Einstein’s brain had no gap between the frontal lobes. Transhumanists hope to use technology in such a way that his “advantage” can be engineered for everyone.
It probably isn’t surprising to learn that transhumanists are also staunch supporters of cryonics. Ralph Merkle, a board member of the Alcor Life Extension Foundation, says, “People think cryonics is freezing the dead. That’s incorrect. We’re freezing the terminally ill. We want a second opinion from a future doctor.” In the future they hope to unleash the power of nanotechnology to repair failed organs and dying cells. They are convinced that these billionth-of-a-meter robots will be able to “go into a deceased body, repair the dead cells, and reboot the brain.” Merkle insists that “once we get the technology in place, dying goes away. It just doesn’t happen.”
Inventor Ray Kurzwell forecasts that right around the year 2030, cybernetic implants will greatly augment human intelligence, and all the world’s common diseases will have been cured. By 2040, we will see the rise of an artificial intelligence that is thousands of times smarter than all of humanity combined.
The overwhelming majority of transhumanists are atheists. Still, Tyler Emerson, a leader in the transhumanist movement, says, “For those of us who don’t believe in God, this is a sort of religion.”
Another leader, Peter Thiel, adds, “Every myth on this planet tells people that the purpose of life is death. It rationalizes death. It helps them deal with it. Every temple is a tomb and every tomb a temple. If you have a set of technologies that radically changes the meaning of death, then that has repercussions for religion. These questions touch on our very humanity.”
Genesis 11:6 NASB95
The Lord said, “Behold, they are one people, and they all have the same language. And this is what they began to do, and now nothing which they purpose to do will be impossible for them.
Power of unity, imagine if people of the world who don’t believe in God but by their shier determination, focus and unity can achieve these things how much we as a believers can. Problem is division.
Confusion is in our vision and purpose. Not united in Christ everyone does or want to do their own thing.
Babel means confused...

Life lesson from Jacob’s life

Genesis 30:31–36 NASB95
So he said, “What shall I give you?” And Jacob said, “You shall not give me anything. If you will do this one thing for me, I will again pasture and keep your flock: let me pass through your entire flock today, removing from there every speckled and spotted sheep and every black one among the lambs and the spotted and speckled among the goats; and such shall be my wages. “So my honesty will answer for me later, when you come concerning my wages. Every one that is not speckled and spotted among the goats and black among the lambs, if found with me, will be considered stolen.” Laban said, “Good, let it be according to your word.” So he removed on that day the striped and spotted male goats and all the speckled and spotted female goats, every one with white in it, and all the black ones among the sheep, and gave them into the care of his sons. And he put a distance of three days’ journey between himself and Jacob, and Jacob fed the rest of Laban’s flocks.
Genesis 30:37–39 NASB95
Then Jacob took fresh rods of poplar and almond and plane trees, and peeled white stripes in them, exposing the white which was in the rods. He set the rods which he had peeled in front of the flocks in the gutters, even in the watering troughs, where the flocks came to drink; and they mated when they came to drink. So the flocks mated by the rods, and the flocks brought forth striped, speckled, and spotted.
Genesis 30:40–43 NASB95
Jacob separated the lambs, and made the flocks face toward the striped and all the black in the flock of Laban; and he put his own herds apart, and did not put them with Laban’s flock. Moreover, whenever the stronger of the flock were mating, Jacob would place the rods in the sight of the flock in the gutters, so that they might mate by the rods; but when the flock was feeble, he did not put them in; so the feebler were Laban’s and the stronger Jacob’s. So the man became exceedingly prosperous, and had large flocks and female and male servants and camels and donkeys.
God gave him a promise in a dream
Genesis 31:10–12 NASB95
“And it came about at the time when the flock were mating that I lifted up my eyes and saw in a dream, and behold, the male goats which were mating were striped, speckled, and mottled. “Then the angel of God said to me in the dream, ‘Jacob,’ and I said, ‘Here I am.’ “He said, ‘Lift up now your eyes and see that all the male goats which are mating are striped, speckled, and mottled; for I have seen all that Laban has been doing to you.
