There are five basic things we can do to have a closer relationship with God.

1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.
When i am Sad how can i feel better?

Fitst Know that you must fight temptation, you cant become best friend with your temptation or seek it out on your own you must never give up the fight and God knows you can overcome. God will not allow you to be tempted beyond your power.
Pray that you may not fall into temptation.
Have a full understanding of what Sin is and how God sees it.
The closer you get to God the more you start to hate sin.
make no provision for the flesh. Dont give yourself the opportunity to fall. Be wise, and know that boundaries are there for a reason.
Romans 13:14 NKJV
14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.
1 Corinthians 6:18 NKJV
18 Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
5. When do you think is the right time to start dating? and how do we get rid of insecurities we might be challenging.
Matthew 19:5 NKJV
5 and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’?
The bible does not talk about Dating. The bible mentions engagement and marriage. Most marriages in the bible with arranged.
So When is it a good time to start dating? first of all you should not believe in Dating. Dating as the world puts it is having a deeper relationship with someone without the commitment of marriage. please understand that you cannot have a relationship with anyone without leaving with the person a piece of your heart forever.
All relationships with the opposite sex should be done with the goal of marriage.
If you are not ready for marriage, then you are playing. if you are not ready to be joined in marriage with someone else then you have no business dating. if you cant do the following do not even date.
a. Take care of her financially, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Is God at the center of your life? do you consider yourself a fully grown up adult? are you mature to handle the life of a married person and play your part in a family as a mother or father?
girls…
Song of Solomon 2:7 NKJV
7 I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem, By the gazelles or by the does of the field, Do not stir up nor awaken love Until it pleases.
do not stir up love before you are ready. Dont give up of yourselves before the right time. you will end up in pain and suffering. you will waste your time and you wont ever get that back.
How do you get rid of insecurities?
Pray for the courage to do that which scares you?
1 John 4:18 NKJV
18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.
6. How do i know when someone is right for me for marriage?
There should be some ideals you should never settle on and you should not even consider it if this critera is not meet.
A. Faith-Uneven Yolk. must share the same faith. If it does not have Jesus dont even think about it.
2 Corinthians 6:14 NKJV
14 Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness?
B. Maturity Level.. Are they Ready and moving at your speed or are they delayed? perhaps they are ment for someone else and not you?
C. Pray about it. The Spirit of God will lead you to the truth, do nothing without praying first.
D. Seek council, ask family, Pastor’s leaders, if they do not see a God given future and advise you agaist it please listen.
Involve your parents, pastors and authority figures in the most important decision of your life.. if you were going to buy a 400 dollar car or house you would ask around and get others opinions but a mate for life is much more important.. Be ready to listen to spirit filled people in your life.
E. how does that person make you feel? do they draw you closer to God or away from him? evaluate his relationships and think do i want that in my life? how do they treat family, friends, children and elders? it will tell you how you will be treated one day?
F. Their Family or friends? do you like them, can you be a part of his family? are you culturally compatible?
G. Physically attracted? this is important however its not the most important for beauty is temporary. one day non of us will look as good as we once did. what remains is our character. but you must be physically attracted to someone in order to start a strong relationship.
7. how can I overcome addiction to pornography and masturbation?
First we must understand that pornography and masturbation are sins.
Studies show that in the Us alone about 40 million people regularly watch pornography, 55% of married men and 25% of married women. porn increases infidelity rates by 300% and 56% divorces in the US involve a partner with an obsession with pornography.
1 Corinthians 6:18–20 NKJV
18 Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. 19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.
the danger with Porn is that it often times like any drug it stops being enough and you need more and more and in stronger doses. you start delving into more and more depraved things as you become accustomed to the same thing
Romans 1:26–27 NKJV
26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.
Do not conform but be transformed.
Romans 12:2 NKJV
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Advise to take..
a. Fast and Pray, confess your sin to God and open up to a mentor. Do not be affraid. the stronger your spirit the weaker the flesh.
Mark 9:28–29 NKJV
28 And when He had come into the house, His disciples asked Him privately, “Why could we not cast it out?” 29 So He said to them, “This kind can come out by nothing but prayer and fasting.”
B. Make no provision for the flesh.
Avoid the situations in which pornography and masturbation become common to you.
where do you take your phone or device where you can hide? leave it behind, dont take it to bed with you.
Avoid situations in which you may be tempted (flee from sexual immorality)
Practice resisting and the Devil will flee from you. celebrate victory of saying no, of walking away of dedicating your previously sacrificed time to the demon of pleasure now unto God.
Be ready for a lifelong fight, yet if pornography is your goliath God will give you the weapons to fight it.
if you have not opened your eyes to such a thing dont even start. think of where this road will lead you and how much will it cost you because nothing in this world is ever free. consequences will come to us all.
Learn that there are greater things than physical pleasure and fantasy. There is reality and true joy.
8. When the things of the world seem more appealing that the things of God and you have grown up in church all your life how to get your sight back on your path.
This is a very true issue. sometimes as being born in the gospel we have this curiosity that we want to experience the world. we can become like the prodigal son wanting to experience the world outside. it appeals to us because its different. because order will sometimes kill the adventure and we want the adventure even if it means diving into chaos. We can start our path into the darkness, and like the prodigal son we will only find famine, emptiness, abuse, separation from our heavily father this is the only way the story will end.
in order to get back into our relationship with God we have to make a personal decision. not our parents but our own. we must wrestle with God. We must ask ourselves the tough questions and wrestle with our faith until it becomes not an inherited faith but a personal faith. I myself had to take a moment in which i questioned everything, i went into the world looking for answered and found only more empty questions. Only Jesus fulfilled my life. no one can tell you where you came from, who you are, why you are, and where you are going? only Christ so take your time. Wrestle with God, dont walk away without a serious struggle, dont give up so easily and dismiss faith as nothing. Wrestle as Jacob did the angel.
A. Study the bible.
B. Seek out mentors and other people of faith
C. Make a decision. don’t be lukewarm
Revelation 22:11 NIV
11 Let the one who does wrong continue to do wrong; let the vile person continue to be vile; let the one who does right continue to do right; and let the holy person continue to be holy.”
9. is it wrong to have a friend who is LGBTQ?
no it is not wrong to have a friend who is LGBTQ. however there are some cautions you should have, first remember that it is not us who comfort to the world but we should be the light in the midst of the darkness. we should love our friends whomever they are and there is no greater love than to wish someone to be saved by Jesus.
The bible is very clear when it comes to LGTBTQ as a sin. we are to hate the sin but love the sinner we should pray for our friends and celebrate with God changes the hearts of sinners. however this world has lost the sense of good and evil and will treat you as a bigot and hatter if you dont fully accept and join in others sin.
Romans 1:26–29 NKJV
26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. 28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers,
Romans 1:30–32 NKJV
30 backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; 32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.
10. How do i know if i am in a toxic relationship?
A. Does that person cause you pain? suffering? is the person controlling, possessive, jealous, Childish?
B. does this person draw the best of you or the worst in you?
Is this person killing my relationships with others? separating me from friends and family, church?
if so Run...
11. How do I make a daughter of God fall in love with me?
Be a real prince charming, be genuine, listen, learn, connect emotionally, pray for her, be kind, keep a respectful distance, meet her halfway but always take the fist steps, learn to read her and respect her decision.
Trust that God has the one for you and when it is God’s doing then all things will work in your favor.
