The arm of the Lord symbolically represents strength, power and authority.
The demonstration of God’s right to both discipline and deliver in scripture.
18 you shall not be afraid of them, but you shall remember well what the Lord your God did to Pharaoh and to all Egypt:
19 the great trials which your eyes saw, the signs and the wonders, the mighty hand and the outstretched arm, by which the Lord your God brought you out. So shall the Lord your God do to all the peoples of whom you are afraid.

29 Yet they are Your people and Your inheritance, whom You brought out by Your mighty power and by Your outstretched arm.’
We are His people
We are His inheritance
We are the people who bear His name!
2 Know today that I do not speak with your children, who have not known and who have not seen the chastening of the Lord your God, His greatness and His mighty hand and His outstretched arm—
He reminded them that he was not speaking to those who had not seen. ...
8 So the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm, with great terror and with signs and wonders.
Moses affirmed

30 The Lord will cause His glorious voice to be heard, And show the descent of His arm, With the indignation of His anger And the flame of a devouring fire, With scattering, tempest, and hailstones.
From Isaiah 30:27-33 Judment on Assyria
It appears that whenever the “arm of the Lord” reaches into our time-space world that it has something to do with signs and wonders, with deliverance, and with the brilliant display of his power.
10 The Lord has made bare His holy arm In the eyes of all the nations; And all the ends of the earth shall see The salvation of our God.
1 Who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
5 ‘I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are on the ground, by My great power and by My outstretched arm, and have given it to whom it seemed proper to Me.
