Introduction: Catch-22 is a term coined by Joseph Heller in his novel Catch-22, describing a paradox in a rule, regulation or procedure in which one is a victim regardless of the choice he makes.  Catch-22 refers to a no-win situation; ideally we like to be in win-win situation, but that’s not always a reality or luxury.
