Have you ever thought why God’s has a divine order? The Lord is a God of order. He wants us to have things in order. That’s why we have to put first things first. Jesus warns his audience about stressing themselves out. We all experience stress and anxiety over life’s trouble. Jesus says seek ye first the kingdom of God and all things shall be added unto you. What things?
Steep your life in God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions. Don’t worry about missing out. You’ll find all your everyday human concerns will be met. (Mt 6:33).
God Reality
The best thing you can do is recognize who God Is. Our anxiousness comes from us not realizing that God is the creator of the heavens and the earth. The Psalmist said that earth is the Lord’s and the fullness there of .....This is really a faith conversation. Jesus knows that life trouble comes and causes us to be anxious. Jesus says what Paul has stressed in Phil 4 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Php 4:7). (Php 4:6–7). This word anxious is described as to be apprehensive, have anxiety, be anxious, be (unduly) concerned. Luke places this same conversation in Chapter 12 Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat, nor about your body, what you will put on. 23 For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing. 24 Consider the ravens: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouse nor barn, and yet God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds! 25 And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? 26 If then you are not able to do as small a thing as that, why are you anxious about the rest? (Lk 12:22–26). The reality is we can do nothing without Christ but we can do all things through Christ. You reality of God with determine your faith in him. do you believe the words of the model prayer that are in this same chapter. Give us this day our daily bread! Do you trust god to give you your daily bread?
Lets see God’s Initiative
Its God pleasure to take care of everything he made. He has a vested interest. His desire to take care of you exceeds the fowl of the air or teh lillies of the field or the green grass that grows. Why are you walking around with all that complaining what will i eat? What will I drink? What will I wear. God has you! He created us and he will care for us. God wants us to trust him. Hear we hear Jesus say o ye of little faith! He repeats this 4 times in the Gospel of Matthew. The next time he uses these words is in Chapter 8 when the speaks to the winds and the ways when his disciples ask him do you care if we perish. Again in chapter 14 when Peter walked on water coming to Jesus. O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” (Mt 14:31). Again in chapter 16 when the disciples were discuss the fact they forgot to bring bread. Jesus says: O you of little faith, why are you discussing among yourselves the fact that you have no bread? 9 Do you not yet perceive? Do you not remember the five loaves for the five thousand, and how many baskets you gathered? 10 Or the seven loaves for the four thousand, and how many baskets you gathered? 11 How is it that you fail to understand that I did not speak about bread? (Mt 16:8–11). In Chapter 17 Jesus becomes angry with the faithlessness of his disciples. O faithless and twisted generation, how long am I to be with you? How long am I to bear with you?”(2016). (Mt 17:17). When the disciples asked why they were unable to cast out demons Jesus said BECAUSE OF YOUR LITTLE FAITH! For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.” (Mt 17:20).
Gods initiative is for us to trust him more.
Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus,
Just to take Him at His word;
Just to rest upon His promise;
Just to know, Thus saith the Lord. Jesus, Jesus, how I trust Him,
How I’ve proved Him o’er and o’er,
Jesus, Jesus, Precious Jesus!
O for grace to trust Him more.
Finally not only is it important to know God Reality, God’s Initiative but we need to focus on God Provisions.
Its is the message Bible that takes Matthew 6:33 and helps us focus on God Provisions.

He will take care of you,
God will take care of you.
