42Jesus said to them, “Did you never read in the Scriptures,‘The stone which the builders rejected,This became the chief cornerstone; This came about from the Lord,And it is marvelous in our eyes’?
Rejection expresses itself in different ways
Rejection can cause:
Overreact to a situation
You to feel unaccepted and unloved
Us to feel like we can not be forgiven when we fail
You to feel unstable and insecure
You to feel a need to control people and things that are close to you
You to feel unqualified and unworthy
You to fear the loss of people and things that you love the most
You to feel angry toward those who make you feel rejected
Others to misunderstand and react in a negative way to you
Bitterness and resentment
Hurt and pain that goes so deep that word can not express it
Can cause you to feel weak and useless
Rejection is a spirit
No one can understand a rejected heart like another rejected heart that has found healing.
