Burden to reach the children and the families at our preschool.
Fervently praying we would have a opportunity to love, encourage, and speak into the lives of these families.
Heather: Preschool on The Hill shared in staff mtg this week that we have 70 children signed up for our summer preschool program. From my understanding that is the most children we have had in 25 years. Heather’s original goal was 34?
Do you know how many of those families attend our church right now? ZERO!
What does 70 children equal to? 70 families. What if we were able to love, serve, and reach just 10% of those families each year? 7x5 = 35x3 = 105 precious souls.
They are chosen to come to our preschool. God is leading them here. What are we going to do to reach them?
Church they are coming and we need to get prepared.
27 Do your planning and prepare your fields before building your house.
We need to sure up some areas “prepare our field before we build God’s house and Kingdom.
Speak to the multi-purpose use of every room.
We are not waiting for them to come then build.... We are preparing now.

Were are the adult Sunday Schools going to meet.
Becoming a church and a ppl who constantly ask “how can I help”?
The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.
37 Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. 38 Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”
The harvest is plentiful… I would say 70 children in a preschool.
God is saying OK Church on The Hill, are you ready to fulfill the vision to reach the next generation?
I am giving you 70 families. What are you going to do to reach them?
Send out workers into the harvest field.
We will need children’s ministry workers.
What if I don’t like children? I mean children’s ministry. That is ok. Me either.
2’s & 3’s ministry. - Sarcastic if you don’t knock that off I am going to kill you.

10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
Each of us have different and unique gifts.
We will need volunteers for Greet / Welcome team, Security team, visitation team, adult small group and bible study leaders and the list goes on and on.
10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
God created you to serve and do a good work.
God’s handiwork.

Which He prepared in advance for you to do
15 People were also bringing babies to Jesus for him to place his hands on them. When the disciples saw this, they rebuked them. 16 But Jesus called the children to him and said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 17 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”
