My Steps Are Ordered. . . That Is Why!

God Is The Reason I Am Who I Am

It goes without saying that Father’s Day, is one of the least celebrated holidays on the list! Yes, I said it. . .

But you know what; it does not matter to Dads that are truly ordered by God to be daddy to many in the earth!

As your Spiritual Father, I could have called someone in to speak over you and to you, but I know that My Father, Who art in Heaven, always ensures that His children are well fed!

When you have allowed your steps to be ordered by God, you are rest assured in making decisions because you know that The Holy Spirit is guiding you; according to the will and purpose of The Father!

Yes. . . When I look back over my life, and the choices I have made, I no longer regret anything. . . Why? Because if I go back and change it, I would not be who I am today!

I truly believe that we have gone through what we have been through to be who God has called us to be today!

Just recently, over the last couple of weeks, I have realized areas in my walk I need to allow God to order!

Yes, I said it. . . I need to get out of the way and just let God be God all by Himself!

This particular text encourages believers to remove their focus from the wicked (external mindset) to focusing on the Promises of God; Psalm 37:11 (NKJV) 11 But the meek shall inherit the earth, And shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

I could focus on this as well, but The Holy Spirit wants us, on this Father’s Day, to realize that because your steps are ordered by The Father, you have an abundance of peace that keeps you in His Way, regardless of what comes your way!

God is the reason I am who I am! Without The Father, Who art in heaven, I would not be able to realize that His Kingdom comes right here, right now, so I don’t have to dwell on trying to get there, just focus on living in it while I am here on earth!

New Jerusalem; New Heaven and New Earth!

Righteous = Just, Straight, Right, purity of heart and rectitude of life. . . (Rectitude - morally correct behavior or thinking; righteousness)

This Psalm in its proverbial connotations directs us to change our thinking concerning things on earth, and set our minds on things of God, so that we will realize that righteous in God’s Eye is not as man sees it!

We spend too much time trying to appease man, trying to delight man, but our goal is to delight God!

And when we show God that we know that He is in us and we have surrendered all to The Holy Spirit, then He is delighted in us!

Righteousness is realizing that you have been Justified, so I think according to the Justification of God, not man! Romans 5:1-6

The reason why, to us daddy’s, it does not matter whether or not we are celebrated on this day, is because our steps are ordered by The Lord and we know this!

So we have peace in knowing that because we are meek and humble, we will inherit the earth!

And because of my inheritance, my family will be blessed from generation to generation!

Also, The Holy Spirit told me that we can look at this from an internal perspective as well, examining self before we examine others.

Wicked - Those who desire to not think as God has instructed us to think and believe. (Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness,)

When you desire not to believe the Truth - That God has freed you from captivity, that He has release you from being confound to proving yourself to man, that He has given you an acquittal from your past and current mistakes!

I can deduce that wickedness is a form of thinking that leads me to believe I am not who God called me to be!

Therefore, I continue in those things that do not delight Him, which causes me to stumble and I am wondering why I cannot get up out of this cycle!

It is because of my thinking not lining up with His Will and Thoughts towards me!

Our Father loves me in spite of me, He cares for me, He looks beyond my faults and supplies all of my needs accordingly!

Why should I not change my thinking towards Him, so that He can delight in me and I will be able to remain in The Way because I will know that God has ordered my steps!

So regardless of the trials and disappointments life can bring, I still have joy!

I can sit here and complain about the indifference when it comes to Daddy’s Day and Mommy’s Day, but we digress and humble ourselves because we know that the Steps of a Righteous man are ordered by God and He delights in our way, so that is enough to give me peace!

Psalm 37:24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; For the LORD upholds him with His hand.

I may have fallen, I may not be what man desires me to be, but because I know my steps are ordered by The Lord, because I know He loves me, and He cares for me, it does not matter what external forces try to get me to believe, I will not allow my mind to be swayed by the wicked thinking!

God has been too good to me for me to give up now, He has open too many doors for me, for me to believe that He will let me utterly fall, I cannot be destroyed and I know this!

The enemy wants to destroy you with your own thinking, but I come by here today to let you know, God is holding you with His Hand! And because you know that He has ordered your steps, you know that His Hand is powerful and will defend you and hold you up!
