Looking at life like a prison or like a hotel

God promises Joy, peace, healing, deliverance, the list goes on and on.

But who knows we don’t always have those things?

Sometimes it feels like we will never have those things 

I have heard so many stories of people who don’t get that at

Feel aboandoned by god

Think he must not love them

Maybe other people are promised that but I’m not

I must not be doing it right, I don’t believe or trust God hard enough but I’m GIVING IT MY ALL!

Friends I want you to know today that all of that is false. 

Everyone of those thoughts are lies 

Lies that Satan is trying to used to pull you way from God

See the thing people in the church don’t walk about enough is 

Yes we are promised those things. But we aren’t promised them on this side of heaven. 

If your doing something dirty and don’t stop half way through to shower only to get dirty again. 

Showering is on the other side of heaven 

We need to dig in 

(Analogy shift kinda here) 

Colossians 1:10

God knows we are doing a tough murder so he isn’t repoalsed by seeing mud on us. 

He doesn’t want us to stay dirty. 

He wants us to be clean

But he still embraces us with a hug when we reach the finish line. 

This is why Christ is the only thing that matters
