It’s frustrating to slow down

We

Have you ever gotten frustrated with having to slow down?
Examples (Traffic, Drive-Thru, Walmart line, age in general)

28 “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. 29 Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. Mark 6:31–32 NLT
31 Then Jesus said, “Let’s go off by ourselves to a quiet place and rest awhile.” He said this because there were so many people coming and going that Jesus and his apostles didn’t even have time to eat. 32 So they left by boat for a quiet place, where they could be alone.

Jesus says watch and learn from me

Jeremiah 6:16 NLT

How much of your soul being restless is due to a lack of not being obedient?
