“Darkness was over the face of the deep, And the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.”

“and when evening came, his disciples went down unto the sea, and they entered into a boat, and were going over the sea unto Capernaum. And it was now dark, and Jesus had not yet come to them. And the sea was rising by reason of a great wind that blew. And when they had rowed about 4 miles from the shore (20-30furlongs), they behold Jesus walking on the sea...” John 6:16-19

The seamen of Psalms 107:23 are willing to take their Ships and do business in uncanny, unchartered, risky …waters. It is there in the Great Waters they see the Hand of the Lord “ His wondrous works in the Deep”

The pain of the experience doesn't compare to the Joy of the outcome!

-Weeping may endure for a night but joy
