God’s ways are not our ways. His time is not our timing

First off I’m not saying that I didn’t want my wife to be instantly healed. My earnest plea to God is that you guys were praying for her she would pop off the chair run around the sanctuary declared this physical miracle. And what kind of talked that if we are obedient that God will do this every time.
When we grow up in the evangelical church we Tend to hear the gospel that sound something like this.
If were obedient to God he asked Jesus to come into.
That we will find a godly spouse have a nice house will have a great job kids will go to church everything will be good right off.
And I’m not saying that stuff doesn’t happen but it is not promised.

8 “My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the LORD.

“And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine.

9 For just as the heavens are higher than the earth,

so my ways are higher than your ways

and my thoughts higher than your thoughts.

In the crazy thing you can keep reading verse would get the feeling that if you’re just letting God’s word work in your life that everything is good and perfect and everything’s going to be.
God cares more about our soul’s then he cares about our physical.
It’s not that God doesn’t care about our physical well-being. Jesus makes it very clear In the sermon on the mound. Take care of those who call On his name.
God truly cares about our souls and or character first.

God always answers prayers.

One thing that we need to understand is that God will always answer our prayers.
He may not answer them the way we want them answered but he always answers.
This Bible verse that We quote a lot of times comes after Paul is pleading with some people to work out their relationship issues.
And then he says this
Phil

4 Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice! 5 Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon.

6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

8 And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. 9 Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me—everything you heard from me and saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you.

The Hebrew meaning of peace. It is (wholeness and completeness). Jesus is said to be the Prince of Peace.
Everything we pray Should be prayed with the desire to honor the name of God. It should go to his will and his character.
When we pray more than anything we should be asking for God’s wholeness and completeness in our life

He cares about our soul the most

Faith Brings Joy

Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us. 2 Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this place of undeserved privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God’s glory.

3 We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. 4 And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. 5 And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.

The Future Glory

18 Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later. 19 For all creation is waiting eagerly for that future day when God will reveal who his children really are. 20 Against its will, all creation was subjected to God’s curse. But with eager hope, 21 the creation looks forward to the day when it will join God’s children in glorious freedom from death and decay. 22 For we know that all creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. 23 And we believers also groan, even though we have the Holy Spirit within us as a foretaste of future glory, for we long for our bodies to be released from sin and suffering. We, too, wait with eager hope for the day when God will give us our full rights as his adopted children, including the new bodies he has promised us. 24 We were given this hope when we were saved. (If we already have something, we don’t need to hope for it. 25 But if we look forward to something we don’t yet have, we must wait patiently and confidently.)

26 And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don’t know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. 27 And the Father who knows all hearts knows what the Spirit is saying, for the Spirit pleads for us believers in harmony with God’s own will. 28 And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
