True Love . . . Trusts

1. We can trust God and believe His promises, just like Abraham did when he was looking for a new land.

God fulfilled His promise to Sarah and Abraham for a land and a son.

A. Can you imagine God explaining to Sarah that they had to move half way across the world and start a family, when they were 65 & 75 years old?

B. When they arrived, there was a famine. Which caused Abraham to move again to Egypt. Then bak to where he started.

C. However, God finally did give Abraham and Sarah a bouncing baby boy.

2. God fulfilled his promise to Abraham and Sarah for the godly heritage.

A. Abraham sent his servant to find Isaac the perfect, beaurtiful bride.

B. The servant kept making deals with God along the way.

C. Finally, the servant brought Isaac’s new, blushing bride to him!

3. We can trust God with our present and our future!

A. He promises us unconditional love.

B. He promises us a new “land”.

C. He promises us His Spirit to help us overcome!
