Our Citizenship
20 For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:
21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
20. But [we are different , because] our citizenship is in heaven.
and form there we eagerly await [the coming of ]the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; 21 who by exerting that power which enables Him ever to Himself, will [not only] transform[but completely refashion] our earthly bodies so that they will like HIs glorious resurrected body. AMP BIBLE.
19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
19. SO THEN YOU ARE NO LONGER [OUTSIDERS WITHOUT RIGHTS OF CITIZENSHIP ], BUT YOU ARE FELLOW CITIZENS WITH THE SAINTS (GOD’S PEOPLE), AND ARE [MEMBERS] OF GOD’S HOUSEHOLD. AMP BIBLE

Osaka made news this week by announcing she would play
for Japan.
Osaka father is Haitian and her mother is Japanese.
Osaka leaves in the United States all her life and processed dual citizenship with the US AND JAPAN.
There is the question of does she have to denounce her US citizenship in order to play for Japan.
Does she have to denounce her US citizenship to represent Japan because of her dual citizenship.
The Answer for me I don’t know.
But I do know
20 For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

BUT [ WE ARE DIFFERENT, BECAUSE] OUR CITIZENSHIP IS IN HEAVEN.
AND WHILE THEIR MIGHT SOME ARGUMENTS ABOUT OSAKA CITIZENSHIP YOU NEED KNOW THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY QUESTION ABOUT YOUR CITIZENSHIP IN HEAVEN.
19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
1 Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. 2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. 3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. 4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. 5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. 6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:) 7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) 8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! 16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? 17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
1.Our Sins are Forgiven

13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh( worldliness, manner of life) God made you alive together with Christ, having (freely)
forgiven us all our sins.

6 Therefore go thou, and read in the roll, which thou hast written from my mouth, the words of the LORD in the ears of the people in the LORD’S house upon the fasting day: and also thou shalt read them in the ears of all Judah that come out of their cities.
6 Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.

27 Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;
The Appeal For Unity in the Walk
15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. 16 Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.
2. But truth is not to be compromised for the sake of unity.
17 Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. 18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: 19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)
3. Christ Object of believers’s expectations.
