the scroll with the 7 seals that no one can be found who can open it
what is this scroll ?
why is it so important?
This scroll is the deed to the earth
Adam who was given dominion of the planet lost it when he fell

the scene is Heaven, John has been brought up to watch
the Church has been raptured, we are there observing this
The apostles are sitting on their thrones
And I saw in the right hand of the one who is seated on the throne a scroll, written inside and on the back, sealed up with seven seals. And I saw a powerful angel proclaiming with a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the scroll and to break its seals?” And no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll or to look into it. And I began to weep loudly because no one was found worthy to open the scroll or to look into it.
why is it so troubling to John?
what is the big deal about this scroll
and why cant anyone open it
Moses, Abraham, Daniel, Matt, Mark, Luke, or John,
Gabriel or Michael
every seal that is broken there is more destruction on the Earth.
have you ever thought about that wondered
And one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! Behold, the lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has conquered, so that he can open the scroll and its seven seals.
Jesus has conquered, what, how, and why
And they were singing a new song, saying, “You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slaughtered, and bought people for God by your blood from every tribe and language and people and nation,
and made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they will reign on the earth.”
but we are talking about the loss
lets go to Genesis
And God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it, and rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of heaven, and over every animal that moves upon the earth.”
the earth belonged to Adam to be the ruler of to have dominion over
He was to rule from the garden
And God said, “Look—I am giving to you every plant that bears seed which is on the face of the whole earth, and every kind of tree that bears fruit. They shall be yours as food.”
every tree, every plant was there for Adam to rule over
to use for his pleasure
of course this was only in effect until he fell
at the time of the fall satan took the dominion of the earth
remember this?
Again the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory,
and he said to him, “I will give to you all these things, if you will fall down and worship me.”
Then Jesus said to him, “Go away, Satan, for it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God and serve only him.’ ”
how was satan able to do this?
he is the god of this age/ world
among whom the god of this age has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, so that they would not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
the earth was once mans to rule over but we have lost our position to rule the earth
to have dominion over the animals, weather, the planet
God has this rule, the was made part of the law called
The Kinsman Redeemer
The Kinsman Redeemer
when an Israelite family sold their land because of some kind of problem
a kinsman redeemer could purchase the land back for the family
And it happened in the days when the judges ruled, there was a famine in the land, and a man from Bethlehem of Judah went to reside in the countryside of Moab—he and his wife and his two sons.
And the name of the man was Elimelech, and the name of his wife was Naomi, and the names of his two sons were Mahlon and Kilion. They were Ephrathites from Bethlehem in Judah. And they went to the countryside of Moab and remained there.
they left the land, their possession and died in a foreign land
But Elimelech the husband of Naomi died and she was left behind with her two sons.
But both Mahlon and Kilion died, and the woman was left without her two sons and without her husband.
so here we have this family whos inheritance will be lost to the family because of no heirs
Naomi is now to old to have children
Ruth is a Moabite
kinsman redeemer
Now Naomi had a relative of her husband, a prominent rich man from the clan of Elimelech, whose name was Boaz.
this man has to agree to buy back the land
marry Ruth, and have a child in the name of Elimelech
then the land will go back to the family
which is exactly what Boaz does
“ ‘But the land must not be sold in perpetuity, because the land is mine, because you are aliens and temporary residents with me. And in all your property’s land you must provide redemption for the land. “ ‘When your brother becomes poor and he sells part of his property, then his nearest redeemer shall come, and he shall redeem the thing sold by his brother.
Elimelech lost his land, the sons died
and only a kinsman can redeem

in Jeremiah
god told Jeremiah to buy the land his cousin was selling
And Jeremiah said, “The word of Yahweh came to me, saying, ‘Look, Hanamel, the son of Shallum, your uncle, is going to come to you, saying, “Buy for yourself my field that is at Anathoth, for you have the right of redemption to buy it.” ’
so he bought the field
And I bought the field from Hanamel, the son of my uncle, that was at Anathoth. And I weighed out to him the money, seventeen silver shekels. And I signed on the letter and sealed it, and I called witnesses as witness, and I weighed out the money on a set of scales.
there was 2 copies of the deed one was sealed and one was open
and they were put into an earthen jar for safe keeping
the open copy was so anyone could look at it
the sealed copy could only be opened by the authorized deed holder
and the land would be in possession of the previous owner until the rightful owner opened the seals
this transaction was showing Jeremiah that the land would return to the Israelites

gen 6 the demons came and married the women and had Nephalim
And it happened that, when humankind began to multiply on the face of the ground, daughters were born to them.
Then the sons of God saw the daughters of humankind, that they were beautiful. And they took for themselves wives from all that they chose.
And Yahweh said, “My Spirit shall not abide with humankind forever in that he is also flesh. And his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.”
The Nephilim were upon the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God went into the daughters of humankind, and they bore children to them. These were the mighty warriors that were from ancient times, men of renown.
And Yahweh saw that the evil of humankind was great upon the earth, and every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was always only evil.
And Yahweh regretted that he had made humankind on the earth, and he was grieved in his heart.
And Yahweh said, “I will destroy humankind whom I created from upon the face of the earth, from humankind, to animals, to creeping things, and to the birds of heaven, for I regret that I have made them.”
But Noah found favor in the eyes of Yahweh.
These are the generations of Noah. Noah was a righteous man, without defect in his generations. Noah walked with God.
And Noah fathered three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
Noah was not a Nephilim
Satan tried to destroy humanity through cross breeding
but Noah was saved and started a pure line of human once again
then satan found out the Messiah would come through David
then the descendants of David were a target
Baby Jesus was a target but escaped to Egypt
several times the men of Israel tried to kill Jesus/ their father the devil
then satan’s greatest triumph the death of Jesus on the cross

we need Kinsman Redeemer
we need someone who has the authority to open the seal

there was not an angel or a human with the authority to open the seals
an angel is not a kinsman redeemer
all humans we did not pay the redemption price
nor could own because we are servants
But Jesus as the spotless lamb paid the purchase price
because you know that you were redeemed from your futile way of life inherited from your ancestors not with perishable things like silver or gold,
but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of an unblemished and spotless lamb
and a kinsman redeemer
Adam God’s son lost it
Jesus the second Adam, of the seed of eve, the line of David,
Born a baby fully human is our Kinsman redeemer
has full authority and rightful ownership to break the seals
And one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! Behold, the lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has conquered, so that he can open the scroll and its seven seals.
And I saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures and in the midst of the elders a Lamb standing as though slaughtered, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent into all the earth.
And he came and took the scroll from the right hand of the one who was seated on the throne.
And when he took the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one of whom had a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
And they were singing a new song, saying, “You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slaughtered, and bought people for God by your blood from every tribe and language and people and nation,
and made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they will reign on the earth.”
And I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne and of the living creatures and of the elders, and their number was ten thousand times ten thousand and thousands times thousands,
saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb who was slaughtered to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!”
And I heard every creature that is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and in the sea and everything in them saying, “To the one who is seated on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power forever and ever.”
And the four living creatures were saying, “Amen!” and the elders fell down and worshiped.
Satan’s day will come
Jesus will reign on this earth
and He will allow us to reign with him
