The bible is a systematic book of teaching and revelation.

While we have to guard our inclination to turn pattern into rote and take away the power...

We should always be looking for these patterns to help us know, respond and strengthen our relationship with God.

What are some of these patterns?

The Lord’s Prayer

The danger is any pattern can become a pattern such as:

The Lord’s Prayer - should be called The Lord’s Pattern for Prayer

Man’s law to “protect” God’s patter

I want to talk to you about the pattern I gave this church over two years ago for praying spiritual authority.

There is a pattern for praying in the spirit.

Over the next few weeks and months, we will discuss this pattern in great detail.

I gave you this not because I wanted to you memorize it but because it teaches a systematic pattern right out of God’s Word in dealing with the influence of the Evil One in our lives, families and society.

Pray Every Day!

This day in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ I loose the spirit of the Fear of the Lord to dwell upon every person in Lincoln NE and Lancaster County and Crete NE and Saline County and the Spiritual Jurisdiction that you have given me!

Acts 9:31 NLT

31 The church then had peace throughout Judea, Galilee, and Samaria, and it became stronger as the believers lived in the fear of the Lord. And with the encouragement of the Holy Spirit, it also grew in numbers.

I say that the Favor of Both God and Man will rest upon Me, upon My Family, and upon My Church Family and it will happen today in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Luke 2:52 KJV 1900

52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.

Lord Jesus, this day I cover myself and Family and church family (other things personal to self- health, finances, etc.) I Cover them this day with a Covering of the Spirit, of the Blood, and of Prayer, and the Shield of Faith.

Cover = as an umbrella covers you from the rain

Lord Jesus I cover everything that You have placed in my hands. I cover everything on all these properties and I cover everything, every person that will come on these properties with the Covering of the Spirit, of the Blood, and of Prayer, and the Shield of Faith.

I cover the Church, cover all the Church People, everyone coming to and connected with the Church with a Covering of the Spirit, of the Blood, and of Prayer, and the Shield of Faith.

I pray for the leadership of Lincoln NE, Lancaster County, the leadership of our state, Our Nation and Around the World. Lord Jesus this day I'm asking you to give them Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding. Give them a Heart of Peace and not a Heart of War.

Forgive America - Deliver America from Unrighteousness

1. Every unjust, immoral, unrighteous law we have pursued in the name of freedom

2. Forgive us for shedding innocent blood, every baby we have aborted

3. Every time we have not supported and protected Israel

I Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem and The Peace of Israel. Deliver Them from Their Enemies

God Protect Them In Jesus Name

I pray for My Pastor and His Family and the Leadership of The Life Church of Lincoln.

Lord Jesus, this day I bind every principality, every power, every ruler of the darkness of this world, every spiritual wickedness in high places in Lincoln NE and Lancaster county and Crete NE and Saline County and the Spiritual Jurisdiction that you have given me. I bind these things by the Authority and by the Power of the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Luke 11:21-22

When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace: But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.

Lord Jesus, this day I bind the strongman of Lincoln NE and Lancaster County and the Spiritual Jurisdiction that you have given me by the Authority and Power of the Name of the Lord, Jesus Christ and I loose the goods and the souls of his house to come into the Kingdom of God by the Authority and Name of the Lord Jesus Christ and His Word.

II Cor. 10:4

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds.

Lord Jesus this day I take down, dismember and cast to the ground the stronghold of witchcraft, voodoo, divination, fear, anxiety and panic attacks, manipulation and depression. I cast them down and tell them to stay down by the Authority and Power of the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

This day in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, break off the stronghold of a poverty mentality and a welfare mentality and I in return will loose a spirit and attitude of Divine purpose, a Desire to earn their own way, a Desire to take care of their own families, I loose that in Lincoln NE and Lancaster County and Crete NE and Saline County and within the Spiritual Jurisdiction that you have given me in Jesus Name.

Break off the stronghold of low and no self-esteem and I loose the spirit and attitude now of Confidence, I loose the spirit and attitude of Boldness, I loose the spirit and attitude of Divine purpose, I do it in the Name and by the Authority of the Lord Jesus Christ.

I break off the stronghold of addiction (drugs, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, immorality and violence and _______________ I bind it in the Name of Jesus.

I bind every stronghold of lust, perversion, pornography, dishonestly, greed, jealously, envy and apathy.

I bind the strongholds of tradition and false doctrine and stubbornness and cast it down.

I bind these things and by the Authority of the Word of God and the Power of Jesus Name. I throw them down in the Name of Jesus and I loose the opposite of that to rule and reign in Lincoln NE and Lancaster County and Crete NE and Saline County and within the Spiritual Jurisdiction that you have given unto me in the name of Jesus Christ.
