Bought Coast Hills for $2,850,000

Down payment $570,000

Loan for $2,280,000

Mortgage payment of $12,500

CUP Process

$10,000 for Archtiect

$25,000 for Processor

$19,000 for County

$6,000 for contingency fees

Slated to close in January, but can close sooner if we get two tenants

Architect bumped us ahead of a couple of projects
