Care - work environment like a family

Hard work - I like getting dirty and I like hustle (Amy will bust her tail, she is a hard worker) unloading the thrift store truck, vct tile in the hot summer.

Teamwork - Championship teams are not always the once with the most talent or highest paid players. Championship teams are teams that work together. They treat each other well.

Leadership factory - we want to produce leaders. Everyone on the team is developing leaders. a Culture of training and discipling.
