The Inexcusable Man
Judging -
God's Principles of Judgment 2:2-16
2-5 - The judgement of God is according to truth
The judgment* of God is "according to truth" (Rom 2:2); human judgments might be biased according to class or creed, but with God truth is the only consideration.

Some Rhetorical Questions
Can you escape the judgement of God (Directed to the inexcusable man)?
Are you despising the:
Goodness - Benevolence= from bene meaning to make good and velle to wish.
It is the "goodness of God" that unknowingly leads to repentance.
The participial clause in the last part of the verse—“being ignorant that the goodness of God is leading 42 you to repentance”—shows that God’s purpose in his kindness is not to excuse sin but to stimulate repentance.
This notion, too, has parallels in Jewish teaching (cf. Wis. 11:23), and Paul criticizes his rhetorical partner for willfully ignoring this truth.
Repentance plays a surprisingly small part in Paul’s teaching, considering its importance in contemporary Judaism. Probably this is because the coming of Christ had revealed to Paul that acceptance with God requires a stronger action than the word “repentance” often connoted at the time.

Forbearance - Self-restraint patience.
Longsuffering - God's constraint of His wrath.
But rather than leading you to repentance -
According to Paul
You have been hard (Stubborn) and impenitent (Unrepentant) Treasurest - or storing up wrath against the day of wrath

Truth - 2:8
real truth, ultimate truth, is to be found in Jesus and that we find it nowhere else. It is a claim that the revelation of truth in Jesus is utterly reliable. Often Paul has the thought that people have not received the truth.
They suppress it in unrighteousness (Rom 1:18),
exchange it for "the lie" (Rom 1:25).
They refuse to obey it (Rom 2:8; Gal 5:7; 2 Thess 2:12).
They did not receive a love for it and so lost salvation (2 Thess 2:10).
Sinners turn away from truth (2 Tim 4:4; Tit 1:14).
They are bereft of the truth (1 Tim 6:5).
God has revealed the truth, indeed has sent his Son to live it and to proclaim it, but sinful people have refused to listen (see Sin, Guilt).
