Invocation
Invocation
The Lord is in His Holy Temple.
Let all the Earth keep silent before him.
I was glad when they said unto me let us go into the House of the Lord.
Our feet shall stand within thy gates Oh Jerusalem.

Can we say Praise the Lord. Their is a song on my heart and it simply says...
Song- Be Grateful (Walter Hawkins)
Song- Be Grateful (Walter Hawkins)
God has not promised me sunshine
That's not the way it's supposed to be
But a little rain mixed with God's sunshine
A little pain, makes me appreciate the good times
Be grateful, be grateful
God desires to feel your longings
Every pain that you feel, He feels them
Just like you, but He can't afford to make you feel only good
Then you can't appreciate the good times
Be grateful, be grateful, be grateful
Because there's someone else who's worser than you, be grateful
Because there's someone else who'd love to be in your shoes
Be grateful, God said it would never, never forsake you
Be grateful
Read Scripture: Nahum 1:11-15
Read Scripture: Nahum 1:11-15
11 There is one come out of thee, that imagineth evil against the Lord, A wicked counseller.
12 Thus saith the Lord; Though they be quiet, and likewise many, Yet thus shall they be cut down, when he shall pass through. Though I have afflicted thee, I will afflict thee no more.
13 For now will I break his yoke from off thee, And will burst thy bonds in sunder.
14 And the Lord hath given a commandment concerning thee, That no more of thy name be sown: Out of the house of thy gods will I cut off the graven image and the molten image: I will make thy grave; for thou art vile.
15 Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace! O Judah, keep thy solemn feasts, perform thy vows: For the wicked shall no more pass through thee; He is utterly cut off.

Today, I have to be careful that I do not take the Words of the prophet out of their context in the interest of making a jump-jump happy message.
I have to provide some background information so that we may understand the meaning of this text and then we will begin to understand how it applies to us.
That said, this text deals with a area of scripture we have studied in great detail before.
