Ready

King James Version (Chapter 1)
1 PAUL, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God

14 I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise. 15 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

His gospel and its righteousness

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Being Ready is trusting and believing in God’s word. For the gospel is power and life from the almighty God and His Son Jesus Christ, Matthew28:18 18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. John 10:10 10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
Paul was Ready for his call from the Lord it was time for him to put in the work for Christ on the field. HE was faithful,so He meet all the requirements to conceal and carry. We must MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, be faithful so God can give us the tools needed because of his faithfulness He was Set, Equipped, Prepared, and Anointed, to Complete his task. Know matter the problem, Paul was Ready, we should be Ready, that’s lock and loaded for Christ, Equipped to pray for the lost, Prepared to lead the backslider back to Christ who has gone astray, HE WAS ANOINTED to lay hands on the sick, heal the wounded How do we know this? 1Corinthians 9:16 states  For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel! Paul understood the cost that Jesus paid and the cost he must pay. That is why he was Ready and set to do the work of Christ. do you understand the cost of being saved?
