The Gospel According to LUKE (2)

Emmaus was located about 7 miles northwest of Jerusalem.

Jesus listen to the two men talking along the way.

Was there a future for the nation?

Why did He have to die?

This event is recorded only by Luke.

The conversation is recounted in verses 20-24.

Jesus then responds to their conversation in verse 25.
