The main thing that were talking about today is conflict. Man versus

You could have conflict unless you're some sort of relationship there. You ever have someone that made you upset that you didn't know and you kind of just forget that and you walked on and think about it after that.

But someone who did have conflict with you in a relationship you thought about you kind of ruminating over it in your mind.

Conflict is spiritual.

I mean if you guys are uncomfortable right now.

conflict is 100% spiritual whether you know it or not it is. And number for conflict is opportunity. It is an opportunity. It is an opportunity to bring healing and restoration. If not, then guess what it is. If conflicts not an opportunity than what is it?

It's the wall. It's a closed-door. A lot of conflict in our lives are full of closed doors.

In the survey that we took as a church it found out our number one in people here that filled it out that the number one thing that we are passive. When it comes to conflict will pass if that was the number one fill out there. This is how do you handle conflict? Are you more passive aggressive evasive or defensive number two was aggressive aggressively made you were hostile.

We found out that passive people are more willing to apologize. And then the next one is willing to apologize their dresses are no. We're not fall jackets for nothing.

Evasive people just avoid because they act like there's no conflict. There's never an apology. And that the person people dirt always the victim. So there's never an apology.

But I promise you guys I looked over the surveys and when I saw this, I matched it up the evasive people. They don't apologize. Aggressive some of them do it was like one out of a stack.

How should people apologize? The pasta people with more the peacemakers crew. When we also looked over. Parents in conflict with each of these individuals that grow up with them. It says passive people saw their parents talked it over.

Aggressive people saw their parents talked it over scream at each other throw things play like it didn't exist All the Above.

In the defense of people. They said their parents act like conflict never existed.

The last thing I found out from the service was this every person that stole them out was in conflict with someone in their own family.

If you don't know how to resolve conflict in your personal family, you're never going to be able to do it within a church family. What's going to happen is the same thing to happen to your personal fan. You know, the number one thing. I'm not talking to you anymore.
